This workshop directly addresses the challenge of limited Open Science (OS) adoption in the Arabic-speaking world by equipping participants with the skills to establish and lead local Open Science Communities (OSCs). Through a structured framework and mentorship, attendees will learn practical strategies for community building, event organization, and institutional advocacy. The ultimate goal is to empower researchers and enthusiasts to drive the OS movement, fostering a stronger culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across the MENA region.
